Have you looked at your PDF lately?

A PDF is the Position Description Form that describes the work you do. Have you looked at yours recently?

If not, now is a good time to request a copy of your PDF for review and to make sure it accurately reflects the work you do. It is important that the PDF accurately reflect your position because this is what your supervisor will judge you by when reviewing your performance. As well, if a lay off were to happen, HR would use the PDF to determine what positions are eligible for bumping purposes. Having an accurate PDF is important to your success in the workplace. Be proactive and review your PDF today!
